Troubleshooting
Fixes for common problems: tools that don’t show up, views shown as text, reminders that don’t arrive, a pebble your AI can’t find, and a lost passkey.
My AI can’t see pebblebase
Section titled “My AI can’t see pebblebase”Check that pebblebase is added and turned on in your AI app’s connectors, then start a new chat. The connect page has the steps for each app.
Views show up as text
Section titled “Views show up as text”Your AI app doesn’t draw MCP Apps views, or not in that place. The results are the same. Open the pebblebase app to see the view drawn.
Reminders don’t arrive on my iPhone
Section titled “Reminders don’t arrive on my iPhone”Add pebblebase to your Home Screen, open it from there, and turn on Reminders on this phone in Settings. Then check that notifications for pebblebase are allowed in the iPhone’s Settings.
My AI forgot my pebble
Section titled “My AI forgot my pebble”Pebbles aren’t kept in chats. Ask: “List my pebbles in pebblebase.” If it isn’t there, you may be signed in to another account: disconnect pebblebase, connect again, and choose Sign in with your passkey (tap Use a different account first if the wrong one shows).
I lost my passkey
Section titled “I lost my passkey”Ask your AI chat for a sign-in link. See Another AI or a new device.

Section titled “Still stuck?”Email [email protected] with your username and what happened. Never send passwords, passkeys, recovery codes or tokens.
