# Reminders

A pebble reminds you with a push to the pebblebase app. Reminders are kept in the pebble, so they keep working whichever AI you use.

## At set times

A schedule sends a reminder at the times you choose, in your local time, such as every morning at 8. A reminder can open a form when you tap it, so logging starts with one tap.

## When something changes

A pebble can also send a message when a record is saved, such as a nudge after three bad days in a row. It can't send one just because time passed; use a reminder at set times for that.

## Getting them

Turn on **Reminders on this phone** in the app's Settings, on each device you want them on. On iPhone, add the app to your Home Screen first.
