# Export and delete

> Download a pebble as one SQLite file, delete records through your AI, or email support to delete your account.

Ask your AI to export a pebble and you get a download link for one SQLite file. To delete records, ask your AI. To delete a whole pebble or your account, email support@pebblebase.dev.

## Export a pebble

Say "Export my run log." Your AI shows you a link that downloads the whole pebble (records, rules, views, tests and notes) as one SQLite file. The link works for a short time; only you should open it.

## Delete records

Ask your AI to delete what you no longer want. Deleting a chat or disconnecting an AI app doesn't delete your pebbles. Deleted records can stay in protected backups for up to 45 days.

## Delete a pebble or your account

Email support@pebblebase.dev with your username and what to delete. pebblebase confirms the account is yours, then deletes it. Deleted data can stay in protected backups for up to 45 days.
