# Mood check-in

Three quick mood check-ins a day, a streak of bad ones, and a nudge when it's been rough.

From the pebblebase pebble box: https://pebblebase.dev/box/mood-check-in

## Ask it

- Morning check-in: good.
- Midday: ok, tired after the meeting.
- How has my week looked?
- What's my bad-mood streak?
- Find the days I mentioned sleep.

## What's inside

- Records: check-ins: the day, morning, midday or night, and good, ok or bad, with an optional note.
- Views: This week (table), Bad-mood streak (streak), Mood trend (chart).
- Reminders: Every day at 9 am, 1 pm and 10 pm: a check-in, with its time of day filled in.
- Tests: 22.

## Good to know

- A log for you, not medical advice or care.
- The streak follows the order you log check-ins in, so fixing an old one doesn't change it.

## Rebuilt

Rebuilt 2026-10-13 in Claude: 22 tests pass.

Help me check in on my mood three times a day. Keep each check-in's day, which check-in it is (morning, midday or night), my mood (good, ok or bad) and an optional note I can search later.

Views: this week's check-ins, my current streak of bad check-ins on my Dashboard, and a chart of my mood by day.

Remind me at 9 am, 1 pm and 10 pm, each opening the check-in with its time of day filled in.

Rules: one check-in per time of day per day, and only those three moods. The day is my local day, even late at night and across daylight-saving changes. A bad check-in adds to the streak and any other mood resets it. After three bad check-ins in a row, send me one nudge, not one more for every bad check-in after that. This week means the last seven local days.

Write these as tests first. Ask me rather than invent names, amounts or dates.
